Empowered Men Coaching – Privacy & Data Use Policy

At Empowered Men Coaching, your privacy and trust are top priorities.
This policy explains how your information is handled when you use our AI Coaching Assistant, powered by OpenAI’s technology. We believe you deserve transparency and control over what happens with your data.

1. Overview

The Empowered Men Coaching AI Assistant (“AI Coach”) is a digital tool that helps you explore ideas, reflect, and stay accountable between live sessions. It’s powered by OpenAI’s language model via a secure API connection.

We designed this system with privacy by default — meaning:

  • We do not store or access your personal chat data.

  • Your messages are transmitted securely and processed only to generate responses.

  • OpenAI, our technology partner, processes your input solely to deliver responses within this session.

2. What Information Is Collected

When you interact with the AI Coach:

  • Your inputs (messages) are securely transmitted to OpenAI’s servers for real-time processing.

  • Empowered Men Coaching does not collect, store, or review your conversations.

  • Technical metadata (like timestamps or connection logs) may be temporarily processed by OpenAI for system integrity and abuse prevention, but not shared with us.

3. How Your Data Is Used

  • Your information is used only to generate replies during your active session.

  • Empowered Men Coaching does not use your inputs for marketing, analytics, or model training.

  • OpenAI may retain limited data for up to 30 days for system monitoring and safety, after which it is deleted unless required by law.

4. Data Protection & Security

We use industry-standard security protocols to protect your information:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS).

  • No client chats or messages are stored on our servers.

  • We do not share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties.

If you contact us directly (for example, by email or through your client portal), that communication is handled under standard client confidentiality terms and is not connected to your AI chat history.

5. Your Rights & Choices

Because Empowered Men Coaching does not retain client chat data, there’s no need for deletion or export requests — we simply don’t keep it.

6. Important Notes

  • The AI Coach is a personal growth and reflection tool, not a substitute for therapy, mental health counseling, or medical advice.

  • You are responsible for the information you choose to share in your sessions. Avoid entering private identifiers such as full names, addresses, or financial data.

  • Conversations with the AI Coach are not monitored or reviewed by Empowered Men Coaching unless you voluntarily share summaries or insights during your live sessions.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in technology or law. The “Effective Date” at the top will indicate when the latest version was published.
